• Bath Blend: Epson Salt, Lavender, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Meadowsweet, Passion Flower
• Oil Blend: Argon Oil, Lavender Essential Oil

Directions:

1. Place epson salts & herbs into bath bags.
2. Tie off the bags and place it in the bathtub to steep like a cup of tea.
3. Add essential oil at your discretion.
